Monthly Subscription Plan Levels- Price List

Monthly Subscriptions:  

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate based on the level of Membership that you select. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms:

Once you subscribe, you will be sent a link to pay for your initial box, and set up up your recurring monthly payments. Flow Art by Dawn will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee on the next billing cycle based off of the membership level chosen and your agreement to be set up on recurring payments. Any changes to the price of the membership tiers will be announced by Flow Art by Dawn a month in advance so you can decide whether to remain at the level you are at, step down tiers or cancel. If I do not receive your notice to cancel or change membership tiers by the months end either via email or the "revise/cancel subscription" online form, it will be taken as your permission to begin charging you for the newest then-current Monthly Subscription rate as outlined. Once a box has been processed for shipment, we can no longer issue refunds on that box. Boxes are processed the day after subscriptions are re-billed.

In the event payment cannot be processed, an email will be sent to the subscriber to inform them that payment couldn't be processed. They will have 3 days to process their payment in order for their monthly subscription box to be sent and their membership to continue. . If payment has not been received by the 4th of the month, their subscription will be cancelled, no box will be sent out for that month and no future boxes will be sent. If customer wishes to sign up again after cancellation they may do so, but no boxes will be sent out until payment has been received.

Change of Addess Notice:

Buyer is responsible for informing Flow Art by Dawn of any changes to their delivery address. Notice must be given via email prior to the next billing cycle. If the box is returned to me as undeliverable due to lack of notice by the buyer, buyer will pay for shipping costs to resend the box to the correct address.

Returns & Exchanges on items within the monthly boxes:

Exchanges- We do not allow any product exchanges.

Returns- Damaged Products

        If the product arrives damaged beyond repair, you have 3 days from delivery date to inform Flow Art by Dawn via email with photos showing the damage to the product(s). You will be given a replacement for the damaged item(s) in your next monthly box at no additional charge.There is no guarantee they will be the same shape/colors/etc, but every effort will be made to replace it/them with something similar.

No other returns will be allowed for Subscriptions Monthly Boxes. Items chosen for the monthly boxes are based off of the information that was provided to Flow Art by Dawn via the form that was filled out online when you requested to start the monthly Subscription service.

Cancellation or Change In Tiers:

You may change tiers or cancel your monthly subscription anytime after the first box ships. 

If changing tiers, notice must be provided via online form in the subscriptions tab titled "Revise/Cancel my Subscription" towards the bottom of the page. In order to receive the correct level of membership benefits, notice must be sent 2 days prior to your billing date. If proper notice isn't provided, the card will still be charged the original agreed to amount and you will receive the box associated with your original level of membership. 

You may cancel your monthly subscription anytime after the first box ships. If you wish to cancel, in order to avoid being charged for the next box in any given month, please cancel using the online form on the "Subscriptions" tab on my website. Notice must be given 2 days prior to your billing date if you don't want to receive that month's box. If proper notice isn't provided, the card will still be charged one last time and you will receive one last box prior to subscription termination. 

Pause Subscription:

You can pause your subscription for up to 3 billing cycles per year. Notice must be provided via online form in the subscriptions tab titled "Revise/Cancel my Subscription" towards the bottom of the page. Notiice must be sent 2 days prior to your billing date. If proper notice isn't provided, the card will still be charged the original agreed to amount and you will receive the box associated with your original level of membership. The pause will then start on the next billing cycle.

Restrictions on Use:

All items on my website are created by me. Items purchased through my website whether via individual purchases or via subscription boxes may not be resold as new and may not be misrepresented as someone else having created them. You may not take what I have created and disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to change their appearance in order to make a profit off of my creations.
