  • Do you allow custom orders?

-I do offer custom creation orders, a $20 deposit is required to discuss ideas and for me to buy the supplies to provide a mockup. Once the design is approved by the customer, the full amount of the order will be due and all monies will be non-refundable at that time.

If buyer doesn't approve of the initial design, they have a choice for me to work up a new option or to remove their request for the custom order. The deposit will be non-refundable due to the cost of supplies and my undivided attention to your custom request. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  •  How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

-I aim to ship within 24 hours; however, due to the nature of my full time career, please allow 4-6 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS however, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.

  • What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?

-Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer.

  • What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

-According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.

  • What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?

-We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

  • What if my package is lost?

-We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out to via email regarding filing a lost package claim to the appropriate postal service. However, please note first class shipments are uninsured. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
